The Clark Group is a private equity business that operates across a broad number of investments, primarily focused on engineering, retail and the property sector. Steven Clark founded the group in 2002 by combining a family engineering business with other interests that he had built up.



As well as expanding the engineering business through organic and acquisition growth, the Bournemouth based business has extensive interests in the local commercial and residential property sector.

The Group has an array of financial interests in the UK retail sector and significant investments in the overseas property markets.
